Coronavirus COVID-19 - Statement from Snapperstuff.com
19th March 2020During these tough times, we want to advise you of the precautions and practices that we are implementing to manage our business during the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak.
We shall continue, as best as possible, to be open for business as usual from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday with the exception of bank holidays.
Our priority right now is health and well-being.
To minimise the spread of COVID-19 our team is now working remotely. Correspondence with you may be delayed, but we will do our best to respond to any queries and process orders as quickly as possible. It may also take longer to answer phone calls due to the call diversions in place.
To minimise risk of contamination we are taking the following precautions:
Our Snapperstuff team has been advised to regularly hand wash. Any goods or spare parts despatched from our office will be sanitised prior to despatch. To further reduce risk of transmission, we will also minimise paper handling. So, we will add a reference code to the outside of the packages we send you from our office and email you any necessary documentation.
In respect of sales, our fulfilment house has implemented the wearing of masks and gloves when handling unpackaged goods. Antiseptic hand sanitiser has been introduced at all entrance doors and regular cleaning of door handles throughout the premises is in effect. We understand that further preventative actions will be imposed should the fulfilment house deem them necessary to protect their workforce and production. Please be aware that there may be delays to order processing and despatch, however we will do our best to keep you informed.
In respect of any warranty claims or spare part requests during this time please follow our Warranty Procedure as advised by email. If this is not adhered to, then we will not action any claim. If you have a qualifying warranty claim and we issue you with an RMA number, then you must return your bag to the address advised in our email.
Returned items will not be handled for a minimum of 3 days, again to minimise the likelihood of transmission.
