In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance Selling, the Terms and Conditions, Shipping and Returns and Privacy Policy must be agreed to before your order can be processed.
The Terms and Conditions, Shipping and Returns and Privacy Policy information for the sale of goods will govern any contract for sale that we jointly enter into and tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Conditions and Policies do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes other than those stated in our Privacy Policy, without asking your consent, and you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address below.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card payment will be deducted prior to sending the goods ordered though this will usually be within 24hours of the goods being dispatched. You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted, subject to not selling below our cost price.
The prices shown on the product pages of snapperstuff.com show the VAT inclusive and exclusive UK prices. The current VAT rate is 20% (Vat reg no. GB 885 2642 91).
Online credit and debit card payments are processed by Sage Pay. Please read the Privacy Policy for further information.
Cheques made payable to Snapperstuff Limited can be mailed to: Snapperstuff Limited, 32 Hiltingbury Road, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 5SS, England, UK - please print out your order and send with payment. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance. (Note: cheques can only be accepted in pounds sterling from the UK).
