What are your Christmas & New Year 2010 opening times?
Our warehouse is closed from 24 December 2025 until 4 January 2011, so no orders will be despatched during this time.
Do you sell Think Tank Photo Products?
Yes. We are the UK & Ireland distributor and online retailer for the Think Tank Photo range of professional camera bags and accessories.
Do you sell the orbis(tm) Products?
Yes. We are the UK & Ireland distributor and online retailer for the orbis(tm) ring flash and orbis(tm) arm.
Do you sell Newswear products?
Yes. We sell Newswear products online only. Fixation also sells selected Newswear products: www.fixationuk.com
What products do you sell?
We currently sell, Think Tank Photo, Orbis(tm), Newswear, Aquatech, Digital Remora, Lens Coat, Brando Screen Protectors, and BPPA products, online only. We are the UK & Ireland distributor as well as the online retailer for Think Tank Photo and Orbis(tm).
Can we visit your store / shop?
Sorry, we are online retailers only. If you want to view the Think Tank Photo and Orbis products before you buy, you can visit one of our other UK retailers. For a full list of Think Tank Photo retailers in the UK please see our 'Retailers' page.
Can we buy / purchase from you now?
Yes. You can buy securely here online now, or send payment by cheque in UK pounds sterling only (see guidelines below).
How do I place an online order with Snapperstuff.com?
- Search the Quick Find section for the Category or Manufacturer, or type the name of the product into the blank search box and click submit.
- Add your desired products to the shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add to basket' button..
- Check your products and order quantities are correct and click on the 'Checkout' button.
- Register your details if you are a new customer or login if you are an existing customer.
- Choose your delivery address.
- Select your shipping method.
- Double check your order is correct and click 'Confirm and pay' button.
- You will be automatically redirected to Sage Pay to make your payment.
- Once your payment is successful you will receive automatic confirmation of this by email followed by your invoice.
NOTE: When you are logged into your account you can follow the progress of your order online. You can also see your purchase order and invoice records.
How quickly can I receive my order?
All online orders received by 12 noon between Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched same day via your chosen method of shipment. We cannot guarantee the post or courier delivery times.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
No. Orders will be delivered by your chosen shipping method on 'working days' only - between Monday and Friday.
Can we buy / purchase from you by telephone?
No. We do not currently accept payment via telephone, but you can buy securely here online, or send payment by cheque in UK pounds sterling only.
What is the process for purchasing by cheque?
We request that you process your order as if purchasing online. At the point prior to completing your order online, after the shipping and VAT have been added to your total, print this out. Please enclose this along with your cheque for the full amount made payable to Snapperstuff Limited (with your cheque guarantee card details on the back) and post to us. The address to send this to is: Snapperstuff Limited, 32 Hiltingbury Road, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 5SS. Your order will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared which may take 7 working days.
What is the price of a product?
The price excluding and including VAT @ 20% is listed along with the full product details. This price is the RRP (Recommended Retail Price).
What do other retailers charge for the same product?
You will have to contact independent retailers directly to find out their prices.
Who sells Think Tank Photo products in the UK?
Please see our 'Retailers' page for full details.
Do you sell to countries outside the UK?
Yes, although this is currently limited. When you register with us online at www.snapperstuff.com you can see a list of the countries that we sell to. If your country is not on that list please let us know by email and we will ascertain if we can sell to you. Further to this currently we only accept payment in UK pounds sterling online or by UK pounds sterling cheque.
Do you have a certain item in stock?
Please refer to our traffic light system next to the product information: GREEN represents in stock, AMBER represents low in stock and RED indicates out of stock.
Is the Pixel Eclipse the same as the Pixel Sunscreen?
Yes. The name has changed from Pixel Eclipse to Pixel Sunscreen.
